    Great Day, Great Competition, Ice Monster 3.0, and great competitors.

    Breakfast: 1 grande black coffee
    Lunch: Tuna salad, no dressing
    Dinner: 3 grilled chicken patties and a cucumber sliced with lemon and salt

    D: tuna, rice, three beers.
    Pretty good for a day at Disney.

    Q: How will I deal with the superbowl?

    B: 4 eggwhites with veggies and avocado and 2 slices of turkey bacon
    S: primal plan protein bar and some banana
    L: primal plan chicken and a few bites of fruit
    S: primal plan chicken
    S: banana
    D: chicken, beef, salad
    S: 2 slices of turkey bacon

    Day 27 down, 3 more to go finally!!!

    Weigh in Day tomorrow...Oh boy! I ate too much today, lol.
