  4. So we weigh in today then what do we do for the next 3 days? Do we weigh in again on wednesday also? Im lost... Doesn't take much for me to get lost but I'm lost as hell... Just sayin'

      We do it on a Sunday so that more people can make it without having issues (work, kids, school, etc.)

  5. I am assuming we continue to blog until Wednesday? Weighed in today, weight stayed the same but all other stats improved!

    Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 chicken thighs
    Brunch: tuna tartar
    Super Bowl: smoked pulled pork (I'm doing this now thanks to power outage at the game)

    Dinner (7 Blocks-ish) Super Bowl Zoning…
    6 chicken wings 7BP, 1 slice of cake 3BC & 7BF (according to zone block guide for the cake and then the cream cheese frosting), pineapple upon returning home to get last 3BC

  12. Did the weigh in yesterday. After 28 full days of eating properly, and for the first time in a LONG time no alcohol for 28 days, I was a little disappointed in my results.
    Overall weight went down a mere 2 pounds and while I really wasn't trying to lose any weight I would have thought it would have been a little more. The body fat % actually went up .4% - which is not a big number and no I am not having any suicidal thoughts but once again no alcohol? no sugar? for almost 30 days with no cheating? When I did this last summer, I cheated on the weekends with the drinking and sweets and body fat went down over 3% - what gives? My take away from this....cheating works?
    Anyway regardless of the numbers, I am proud of myself for sticking to it, and all of you rockstars on this blog should be very proud of yourselves as well. I've seen some huge improvements in those of you that I see on a regular basis. Keep it up!!

    1. When you're already carrying a 6 pack, there's not a lot to lose. Also, it depends on what time of day you weighed in, what/when you ate/drank, etc.

  13. man I pigged out today. I was so hungry I ate about anything in sight. I dont know whats up but I just had to reward myself. Had some fried fish and shrimp. Will be back on nutrition plan tomorrow.
