I ate mostly veggies, since I do not eat meat anyway. I ate throughout the day whenever I felt hungry, mostly snacks (carrots, hummus, celery, peanut butter, almonds, cashews, pistachios) and 100 g protein shakes. Whenever I ate high fat foods for a meal, I made sure that I reverted back to eating healthy snacks. I did not drink any liquids but water.
